I have some more cards to share!!

I got this Idea over at enfys . I have had the printed Instructions in my card idea folder for a while. I did almost copy it just like her's but instead of cutting the flower a 3 inches I cut them at 2 1/4 inches and used an A2 size card I used a Martha Stewart punch on the front and punched both sides of a 2 3/4 inch strip of white card stock. Then cut a strip of yellow for the middle of that. leaves came from the same cartridge on page 100 and just made my own stem free hand! Added a few other elements and made the flowers and stems sparkle with a pen that is called clear star, you find them at Michael's. It is such a fun and cute card!

The other card is one I received from my Cricut Circle sister and she received it from someone that she could nor remember, So if anyone knows where it came from let me know. What I did is disassemble it and made a template  and recreated it. Did not  write down the measurements, but I am sure that if you are interested I can  share them with you!

I just love how the message slides out of the pot!!!
Thanks for stopping by and so you know I am doing much better, but still have my days where I can't deal with my emotions. I miss you mom so much and never a day goes by that are thought of and  loved! I hope to get some more cards done very soon!! Thanks for sticking with me and hope to see you all very soon!!

Getting my Mojo back a little!

Hi all my great Blogger friends!! I am doing OK,  just taking some time to heal from the grieving of my mothers death. I have decided to quit my job at Joann Fabric and craft store. I have been there for over 3 years and feel it is time to move on. Just not sure what I will do next and not really concerned at this time. I have been able to do a little bit of crafting and hope that it come's back more and more every day. I know that it has been really hard to do this and when I accomplish a project that is a plus for me! I found this Idea on   http://www.kerryspapercrafts.com/?p=2665  They are the cutest owls and fun to make!

The pillow box is from Wrap it up cricut cartridge cut at 5 inches and the eyes are a one inch punch and a punch from the I-top the medium punch. wings are cut from the fabulous finds cartridge cut at 2 1/4 inch. the nose and feet are a heart punch from stampin up that A good friend gave me (Debbie) Thank you!! The pattern paper circles are a 1 inch punch.
This basket is from a web site  http://www.thelittleblueroom.com/2009/10/make-take-mondaya-little-late.html  and Are very easy to make. I have not checked to see if there is a cartridge that has this cut. But thelittleblueroom have a great tutorial on how to make it. This one is made with 12x12 inch square and I used a punch for the handles and lined the inside with some velvet paper that I won from a blog hop. It is great paper! Used brads to connect  the handles and a one inch punch for the middle of the basket.I used a border punch to cover the exposed brads. Here are a few more that are a 9x9 and a 6x6 square.

Hope you have been inspired by what you have seen and I hope to have something new to share with you all soon. And I want to thank all my faithful followers for being patient with me through my hard times!

Crafty Hugs to all!!
