3 Girl Jam Guest Designer

Hey everyone, And thanks for stopping by!  I would like to give a big Thank You to Julie over at 3girljam for having me as her Guest Designer today, What an Honor!! I love her crinkle ribbon, it is so nice to work with and such yummy colors!! A very Nice addition to any Craft Project!!   And here ya go! I made a card that is just a day late for valentines day!

I have to admit that I used alot of things that have been hanging around my craft room for a while! The miracle sheet was used for the heart the bear is holding I used a round punch to place the (Holly Berry) ribbon on. A paper doilie  with the middle cut out and red stickles around the edges. I used pop dots to make the bear pop. The mat is some embossed white heart cardstock, that i  inked with red ink around the edges and the surface. The stamp is from joanns $1.00 clear stamp collection. I used the pink (Baby Girl) ribbon along the side and made a bow!  For the inside  I used some red (now this is fairly new) honeycomb tissue paper  pad, that when cut it fans out so cute! here is a link for you

I stamped a whimsical heart first in the middle of the inside of card. then cut half a heart from the honeycomb tissue paper. The pink flower chain is from An Exclusive cartridge from the cricut circle, It is called Paper Trimmings.
Thanks for visiting and hope to see  you again very soon!!
Have a crafty happy Day!!

I have been coping and with every day It does get better. I have spent alot of time in my craft room organizing and purging. It is surprising how much stuff you can collect.  :) Thank you all my blog friends for sticking with me and supporting me!!  Ok as a pre-Guest Designer appearance on 3girljam I would like to give away a little something! I have some more cards to share!!

I got this Idea over at enfys . I have had the printed Instructions in my card idea folder for a while. I did almost copy it just like her's but instead of cutting the flower a 3 inches I cut them at 2 1/4 inches and used an A2 size card I used a Martha Stewart punch on the front and punched both sides of a 2 3/4 inch strip of white card stock. Then cut a strip of yellow for the middle of that. leaves came from the same cartridge on page 100 and just made my own stem free hand! Added a few other elements and made the flowers and stems sparkle with a pen that is called clear star, you find them at Michael's. It is such a fun and cute card!

The other card is one I received from my Cricut Circle sister and she received it from someone that she could nor remember, So if anyone knows where it came from let me know. What I did is disassemble it and made a template  and recreated it. Did not  write down the measurements, but I am sure that if you are interested I can  share them with you!

I just love how the message slides out of the pot!!!
Thanks for stopping by and so you know I am doing much better, but still have my days where I can't deal with my emotions. I miss you mom so much and never a day goes by that are thought of and  loved! I hope to get some more cards done very soon!! Thanks for sticking with me and hope to see you all very soon!!
Crafty Hugs!!

Getting my Mojo back a little!

Hi all my great Blogger friends!! I am doing OK,  just taking some time to heal from the grieving of my mothers death. I have decided to quit my job at Joann Fabric and craft store. I have been there for over 3 years and feel it is time to move on. Just not sure what I will do next and not really concerned at this time. I have been able to do a little bit of crafting and hope that it come's back more and more every day. I know that it has been really hard to do this and when I accomplish a project that is a plus for me! I found this Idea on   http://www.kerryspapercrafts.com/?p=2665  They are the cutest owls and fun to make!

The pillow box is from Wrap it up cricut cartridge cut at 5 inches and the eyes are a one inch punch and a punch from the I-top the medium punch. wings are cut from the fabulous finds cartridge cut at 2 1/4 inch. the nose and feet are a heart punch from stampin up that A good friend gave me (Debbie) Thank you!! The pattern paper circles are a 1 inch punch.
This basket is from a web site  http://www.thelittleblueroom.com/2009/10/make-take-mondaya-little-late.html  and Are very easy to make. I have not checked to see if there is a cartridge that has this cut. But thelittleblueroom have a great tutorial on how to make it. This one is made with 12x12 inch square and I used a punch for the handles and lined the inside with some velvet paper that I won from a blog hop. It is great paper! Used brads to connect  the handles and a one inch punch for the middle of the basket.I used a border punch to cover the exposed brads. Here are a few more that are a 9x9 and a 6x6 square.

Hope you have been inspired by what you have seen and I hope to have something new to share with you all soon. And I want to thank all my faithful followers for being patient with me through my hard times!

Crafty Hugs to all!!
