Things have been busy around here, A new job has taken up allot of my time and every little bit of time i can squeak in, I escape to my craft room! I have been very Intrigued with the Glitter Ritz Technique Called Burnished Velvet. It is so pretty and the photo's really do not show the true Beauty of them. I have done several of them and have been so into making them that It seem's that is all i can think of doing right now...LOL so here you go, and I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the spring weather!!

One of my all time favorite things to do is discover new products and then learn how to use them. I discovered and am so intrigued with this microfine glitter.  This is my Third card and the peel and stick sticker is from Hot off the press  Dazzle sticker and it is called coffee and tea. The ribbon is from Papertrey Ink  . I used my Zig writers for the coffee cup in powder and Splash. the stamp on the front is from Pink by Design.
the inside I used vellum and stamped it with a stamp from  inkadinkado stamp  Birthday set.

Here is the line up, and so sad to say that Zenita is sick(feel Better soon) so I am your last stop on the hop!

One of my all time favorite things to do is discover new products and then learn how to use them. I discovered and am so intrigued with this microfine glitter. I was not warned  though that I would be hooked!!! LOL!
I was showed  the magic behind the tape sheets and the glitter. I was shopping in a craft store last week-end and saw some samples and needed to know how they were made.  One of the teachers in the store was happy to and I was amazed! It is so simple and…Beware…Enabler alert!! Striking and Beautiful!! Looks like stained glass effect!

I wish that I could pass this card through the screen to you. It is not only the beauty of the sparkles that intrigues me, but it is the finished hand of the product that makes me giddy. The technique is called Burnished Velvet. The final product feels like a very beautiful velvet, or perhaps satin. It is so very difficult to bring these to life in pictures but I can guarantee you that the effect is magical.

Big Haul from The Paper Chase (warning Heavy Post!!)

So it has been a while! I had a Great time last week-end and Have to share it!!! There was 4 and a half of us, Half meaning a 4 1/2 month old baby girl, that was a very good girl and got to hang with some crafty Friends!! This fun week end is called the Northwest Paper Chase   And It was my first time doing this,along with My friend Becky. Heather and Jo'Ell had done it last year! Hope to share some 6x6 recipe pages that we received from each store, Oh there was 16 stores but 4 of them we was closed before we could get there or closed on Sunday. Just so you know, we did this in 2 days. Stayed in Seattle on Saturday night...Can not wait for next year!!!

Hope that everyone is having a good crafty day! Yesterday was a good one for me..as far as getting something done in my craft room! Things are good with me. Each day that I can get something accomplished in my craft room is awesome!! A good friend of mine asked If I could make her some thank you cards for her accomplished Business agreements. I thought This would be fun and get my mojo moving again...Some days are just not good crafty days for me. I made a few that will work for the male businessman. Here ya go...
