You had me at craft Christmas Linking Party!!!

Hi everyone!!
So we are just about done with another crafting year!! It has been an awesome year!! So much to be thankful for!! I am entering some last few Christmas crafts before 2012 gets here! Alex  over at youhadmeatcraft is having a Christmas Linking party and I thought that I might as well post my 2 projects, the first is a short video of a crristmas card that I am sure some of my followers will enjoy!!

my second one is something I made for The Cricut Circle Secret stocking swap! Those blue and white balls in the cup are Sixletts. for those that have never heard of those, they have been around for ever!!I love doing vinyl projects and this turned out so cute and I hope  Pam loved it!!

So there you have it and hope that everyone enjoyed!!

Hi all!
 Hope that you are having a good day and  almost ready for Santa and Family time!! I am!! I am over at a friends house giving Directions on posting on blogger and How to post for a Challenge! MizMaryAnn is a very Talented and creative lady and I am gracious to have become her friend and learn from her!  Thank you MizMaryAnn for your friendship and the Great lunch you prepared for me!! We are learning from each other and having a very good time! Thank you MaryAnn! I met her at my job at Joann Fabric and craft. She took my Class for the Cricut and we have been in touch ever since! I look forward to coming to her stampin-up card making party's!! If you saw her craft room there are cards all over her room and they are so beautiful!!

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the Sophie Blog Hop!  This hop will feature projects made using the Cricut Circle Exclusive cartridge Sophie.  This is the first cartridge of the Cricut  Circle's second year!  All of the Participants here today are Cricut Circle members.  This is my Second year in the circle and have met some awesome lady's! Michele,Shirley (aka Bird), Ali, which is my Cricut Circle sister and we live very close to each other. My last year sister was Alicia (aka Skydolphin). I have another lady that lives right here in the same town, her name is polly but she dropped out of the circle,but we still  talk and hang out together and scrap together every chance we get! So when I signed up for the circle,I had no Idea that I would have such a great experience and meet new sweet friends!

The Sophie cartridge comes with many features including cards, bookmarks, and doilies.  Hop along with us to explore the Sophie cart and gain some inspiration!

I made a Card and Bookmarker to share with you today. 

I cut the leaf 2, doily at 4" and backed it on some pattern paper from my scraps and used a glitter pen to fill in the leaves.Flowers are from a blog hop winnings, and the middle cut is from preserves cartridge,label cut at 2.5"

the bookmarker was designed on my design studio and welded together and I don't remember the size I cut it at, but it measures 5" long. did the hide contour for the center of the marker. and covered with some laminate i bought at walmart.

I love both your Mickey projects! The house in the shadowbox...was that cut from the Mickey cartridge too? I don't have that one, but a friend does, so I want to take a closer look at it! Do you have a tutorial on your tri-shutter card? It's stunning!

Cute Interactive Snowman

Hi all!!  I have joined Robin  over at robinscreativecottage linking up party to share my most favorite card I made in 2011!!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I am so grateful to have so many good Blogger Friends!

I wanted you to see to cutest Snowman card That I have ever made!A good friend shared it with me earlier in the week. She learned it from a SU demonstrator that she takes classes from every Tuesday.I have to tell you that I have been making them  non stop every chance I can,between working and house work. I used Mothers Day Bouquet cartridge,brads, the face stamp is a  Stampin up stamp That I believe is no longer available . 2 of the brads are what make the snowman swivel The hardest thing is to get everything lined up straight.I recommend making an extra middle circle and cut it in half and use as a guide to line up your three buttons and to put them all on before you stick to the scalloped circle.

So here are the cuts from the Cricut....3 Circles from MDB, last Image on the overlay.

Circle: small..2 1/4", medium 3", Large 3 3/4"

Scalloped Circle that I used is second row, fourth in: Small. 2 3/4", Medium. 3 1/2". Large. 4 1/4" You can really dress them up how ever you like. I used 2 hearts and a small circle for the bow tie The hat is a 1 1/2 inch square and I rounded the two corners the brim is a punch from SU. Googly eyes some shimmer chalk for the cheeks. I also used some tule that my other good friend gave me and I think it looks great on the hat. I took a picture of MR.&MRS together!!

I had a super birthday and as most of you know I did get the Cricut Expression2 a bit early for my birthday (last Saturday) and I have played a little with it and as soon as My Cricut circle Christmas stocking swap sister get's her package and opens it I will share what I made with my E2. small hint  (Vinyl) I will be doing Random generator for my blog candy and announce the winner on tuesday! Hello and welcome to Me and Mickey's Birthday Hop!  Today we are celebrating a fellow crafter's birthday, along with Mickey Mouse's birthday! Here is the project I have for you today: 

...I made this a while ago and I have to blame my sister for getting me hooked on mickey mouse things, I bought the mickey and friends cartridge to make her stuff and now I find myself making things for myself as well..LOL...Anyway..This is all made from that cartridge and except for a few stickers It is so cute..Sis I might part with it.. I.Got the shadow box at joann's. I can't remember the size cuts I did? Sorry!

My other Project is this card that is called a Tri-Shutter card and it was made with some clip art, mickey buttons and an action wobble...I have learned how to make the action wobbles with a little hot glue, small circle punch and wire..Very easy and if interested let me know and I can give you more instructions!

I also have some blog candy for you!  To thank you for visiting, I am giving away  a cricut cartridge and some of my wobbles and a mickey brass stencil donated by a very talented friend (Debbie) trying to talk her into starting her own blog! Making more Christmas cards

Hi sweet blog Friends!!

I have made a few more Christmas cards and Love both the stamps! The kitty snowman I got from a stamping store that was going out of Business, and there is no company name on it. So cute!! very simple and few embellishments. Don't ya just love the colors!

The next set of cards are a cute little dogie and this stamp is one I won on a blog hop. It is called Pepper's Christmas Party "Sing Along" By Helz Cuppleditch . I know some of you are wondering who is that? I think it is a company in the UK? Not sure. I used some brads that I got at the Oriental Trading online. It is a very inexpensive place to buy brads and things. I used  the Santa brad on one and candy cane brad and buttons.

I wanted to share some photo's from Halloween and My Good little Girl Kitty dressed up as a Bee! She is really a good sport!! She will pose until I take the costume off and She is very Photogenic!

Last but not least, Is a couple of photo's that I snapped from my front door of a couple treaters,  I was amazed at All the 15 and 16 year old ones and how they were very under dressed. It was a very cold evening and I am sure that this guy is going to end up with a cold!!

So for my entry I was really just goofing off the other day and took some photo's of myself in some funny glasses that I have had hanging around. Well I thought they would be good photo's in my entry for the One year Blogiversary  challenge, so I chose my  Cricut Everyday cartridge. I cut the glasses at 1 and 3/4, the Phrase" gone Buggy" at 4 and 1/2 . I used rick rack around the page and gems on each corner. googly eye's and fake hair and thin lavender ribbon for the bow! Paper is Gemstones by Coredinations.
